Exceptional Learners

EXL

About

Nurturing excellence since 2004.

Private school serving Preschool through High School.

Our Story

Exceptional Learners (EXL) was founded in 2004 by Krystina Timmer, a psychologist whose early work centered on supporting children one-on-one. Drawing on her training and a deep belief in the potential of every child, she began offering individualised educational support to families seeking a more attentive approach to learning.

What began as a single educator's commitment to personalised learning has since evolved into a full school community. Today, EXL serves more than 150 students from preschool through high school, delivering a rigorous academic program paired with the individualised attention that has defined our approach from the beginning.
